An ADF Fundraising Event

One of our most vibrant and eagerly anticipated events annually is the Sassiest Motor Show, led by a team of forward-thinking ladies; and this has evolved into annual event that forms part of the ADF Fundraising Culture. This flagship event is not just a motoring extravaganza; it is a celebration of community spirit, innovation, and the love for cars and everything motoring. The Sassiest Motor Show, held at the Chatsworth Shopping Mail, has grown to become the largest motoring show in Chatsworth and the southern basin region, drawing crowds of up to 15,000 enthusiasts, families, and supporters each year

The Sassiest Motor Show Registration Form

Fill out this Form in full if you are entering your Vehicle.

Term & Conditions:

  1. Your Entry Fee entitles the driver/owner access to the Sassiest Motor Show 2024
  2. Vehicles need to be on site by 8h30 – you will not be permitted on site after the show opens
  3. No access into the site after 10h00.  STRICTLY no movement of vehicles till the show closes
  4. Starting / revving / spinning of vehicles will not be permitted for duration of the show
  5. You will be allocated a parking space by an official
  6. No alcohol, illegal substances or weapons. Right of Admission reserved
  7. Only waterless detailing of vehicles will be allowed
  8.  In event of unforeseen circumstances that may result/ affect operations or closure of the Motor Show (eg.Covid-19, natural disaster etc.) Payments are not refundable
  9. Judging will be done from/between 12h00 – 14h00. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible to the judges during the specified times
  10. Please ensure you are present when your vehicle is being judged. Judges decisions are final
  11. Presentations will be done at 17h00
  12. Show Judging Categories. Sassiest of Show, Sassiest Female-Owned, Sassiest Sound Display, Sassiest Old School, Sassiest Performance Car.
